Job Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and creative Web Designer and Divi Builder Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to use Divi’s drag-and-drop interface to create exceptional websites while adhering to best practices and avoiding unnecessary custom scripts or CSS.

The candidate must be proficient in designing and developing WordPress websites using popular themes like Divi and Elementor. You’ll work closely with business owners to understand their design preferences and deliver visually appealing websites that fulfill their requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business owners to understand design needs and create visually appealing websites.
• Develop WordPress websites using popular themes like Divi and Elementor.
• Create website layouts, graphics, and other elements with tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Test and refine website designs to ensure they are user-friendly and functional.
• Keep business owners in the loop during the design process to get their approval.
• Manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
• Stay current on design trends and techniques.
• Team up with other staff to improve website design and functionality.
• Build designs using Divi Builder’s modules and components.
• Customize design elements in Divi Builder without using custom scripts or CSS unless absolutely needed.
• Create responsive designs compatible with all devices.
• Use Divi Builder’s built-in features to optimize site performance.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to implement designs accurately.
• Provide input on design feasibility and recommend improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Divi Builder.
• Midjourney experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Divi Builder is mandatory; prior experience customizing Divi themes and modules is a must.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work completed with Divi Builder.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS, and responsive design principles (2+ years preferred).
• Experience with WordPress and related plugins.
• 2+ years of experience in web design.
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Can design websites from scratch with minimal guidance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
