Job Overview:
We are seeking a Google Ads Engineer Supervisor to lead our team of Google Ads Engineers. This managerial role involves overseeing the team’s workload, providing analysis, ensuring a balanced distribution of tasks, and serving as an accountability partner. The Supervisor will ensure departmental efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Google Ads Engineers team, managing workload distribution and operational efficiency.
• Analyze team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
• Serve as a point of contact for issue resolution and provide support and guidance to the engineering team.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of new campaign builds and task execution in Asana.
• Conduct regular account spot checks to maintain high standards of performance and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in people management and team leadership, preferably in a digital marketing or related field.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to hold team members accountable and drive results.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and digital marketing principles is advantageous.
• Ability to work remotely and manage a distributed team effectively.
