Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Google Ads Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize client Google Ads accounts to generate leads and deliver measurable ROI. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers and team members to design and implement advertising strategies that meet client expectations and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management and Optimization: Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts to generate quality leads and conversions. Use advanced techniques and insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaboration and Strategic Planning: Work with Customer Success Managers and team members to develop tailored advertising strategies. Provide recommendations to enhance website performance and conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign data and produce reports that highlight performance and growth opportunities. Adjust strategies based on data insights and market trends to ensure client success.
  • Keeping Up with Trends: Stay updated on Google Ads features, industry best practices, and emerging digital trends.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and maintain clear, consistent communication with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Experience and Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with proven success in handling large-scale, complex accounts.
  • Budget Management: Must have experience managing $100K+ in ad spend per month.
  • Certifications: Up-to-date certifications in Google Ads Search and Google Ads Display are required. Google Analytics Certification is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads Editor. Strong analytical skills and a practical approach to using data and modern tools.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights in a clear, actionable manner. Experience working in remote, team-oriented environments is essential.
  • Adaptability: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A willingness to learn and adapt as digital marketing evolves.
