Job Overview:
Local Web Leads, LP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facebook Ads Engineer to join our growing team. As a Facebook Ads Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns for our diverse clientele. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the Facebook Ads Manager platform. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager for various clients
• Manage multiple ad accounts simultaneously, ensuring campaigns are properly structured and optimized
• Design and create compelling ad creatives, including copywriting and image selection
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and budget
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure ads are error-free, properly targeted, and linked to the correct landing pages
• Continuously stay up-to-date with Facebook’s advertising best practices, policies, and platform updates
• Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal team members to develop and implement strategies for maximizing campaign success

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in managing Facebook advertising campaigns, with a proven track record of success
• Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and its features, including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization
• Experience working with multiple clients on Meta Ads Manager highly desirable
• Responsible for setting up tracking, evaluating web campaign traffic, and analyzing audience engagement metrics
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring ad creatives are free of errors and properly targeted
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvement
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present campaign results and recommendations to clients
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional client results
• Extensive experience running video ads
